The guide for this activity is Tania Mather, who trained her with Jun Konno 19 years ago.


1 hour class on SAN JOSÉ BEACH.
Together with the breakwater of the port of San José it can be a perfect plan to enjoy, relax and rest in the sea when it is calm. Also to get rid of all the tensions and the physical, mental and emotional stress to which we are subjected on a daily basis.
Ai Chi provides a unique experience of deep connection with oneself and with water. It is a practice that releases stress, regulates and balances our body and mind.
Ai Chi comes from the Watsu and was created by Jun Konno. Combine knowledge of Chinese medicine, physiotherapy and aquatic bodywork.

DAY AND HOUR
Every Thursday, weather permitting, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
PLACE
on the beach of San José next to the breakwater of the Port.
Bring a swimsuit and if possible some lycra to protect yourself from the sun and if there were any jellyfish.
