Sylvana Puyol is Argentine by birth, she has been in Spain teaching kundalini yoga and meditation for 20 years. For her, the connection with the body, with nature and with those around us, are the key to greater well-being.

Recommendations:
The only requirement to practice Yoga is to be present, just come and share your morning :) every day is different and all ages are good.
Pregnant only from the second trimester of pregnancy and without having previously practiced. Maximum groups of 10 people respecting the separation distance between towels

What do I have to bring?
You will need a sarong, tapestry or large towel. If you have, bring your mat.

Remember to drink liquid before and after practice.
To consult with the guide about any injury or limitation (especially lumbar or cervical)
